Leap
After the outbreak of the 2001 economic crisis in Argentina. In absolute precariousness and without a job, I began a project that consisted of a series of photographic sequences making leaps forward in different places in the province of Córdoba. The country was experiencing the worst economic, social, political, and existential crisis in its history. It was a time of scarcity of everything, from work, money, and essentials, to access to basic photographic materials. It was also the beginning of the digital era, still accessible to few. The only analogue camera I had broke and the project came to an end soon after it began.
